Teach Ruadh was founded by Sinead Hall and Keith Bradshaw, combining lived experience, professional expertise, and a shared commitment to supporting children and families through bereavement.

Meet the founders

Sinead Hall

Co-Founder

Sinead brings over 20 years’ experience in education, alongside work in learning support and child wellbeing.

Her background includes:

  • Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management 

  • Teaching in Ireland and the United States 

  • Experience in teacher training, supervision, and educational research 

  • Development of educational resources and courses for national organisations 

  • Training in mindfulness-based approaches (MBSR, MBCT, PawsB) 

  • Work in bereavement support and respite care 

  • Volunteer work with Barretstown 

Her professional experience, alongside personal insight, informs a grounded and compassionate approach to supporting children, families and mothers.

Keith Bradshaw

Co-Founder

Keith is co-founder of Teach Ruadh and founder of Urban Brand Creative, the digital growth agency behind the Foundation’s matched support model.

Keith brings nearly two decades of commercial experience to the not-for-profit space, helping organisations build clearer brands, stronger digital platforms, and practical routes to funding, visibility, and growth.

His background includes:

  • Founder of Urban Brand Creative

  • Brand activation and go-to-market strategy

  • Website strategy, UX, and donation journeys

  • Fundraising, investor, CSR, and sponsorship decks

  • Applying commercial growth frameworks to charities and nonprofits

Keith’s work with Teach Ruadh focuses on helping selected organisations strengthen their message, attract support, and scale their impact.
